Payment FAQs

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

  • Visa, MasterCard & Verve cards (For all countries)
  • American Express (Only available for Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa)
  • Bank Transfers (For specific countries)

A deposit of 60-80% of the total project cost is due upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of assets or before a website goes live. You can also choose to pay 100% upfront for more convenience.

You need to sign a contract & pay upfront to reserve your spot in our work calendar, to ease the workflow process.

You will receive an invoice via email with detailed instructions on how to make your payment. For bank transfers, our account details will be provided on the invoice.

Receipts are automatically sent via email once a payment is processed. If you need an additional copy, please contact our billing department.

Absolutely, you need to. We only take on a limited number of clients each month to make sure we can focus fully on each one. During the application process, you’ll answer a few questions that will help us determine if we can assist you. If we can’t, we’ll let you know.

Timely payments ensure that your project stays on schedule. If a payment is missed, work on the project will be paused until the outstanding amount is settled. Deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel the project after work has commenced, refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for more details.

There are no hidden fees. However, any additional services or revisions requested outside the original scope of work will incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
