Return and Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please note that there are a few exceptions to this policy, which are clearly outlined in our terms and conditions. Find out how we also protect your privacy and data.
Physical products
You may request a return for unopened, incorrect, or faulty items within 2 days of receiving them. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or a replacement of the item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to reasons such as “changed my mind,” unclaimed, undelivered, or returned packages unless we are at fault. Kindly make your choices thoughtfully.
If your package is returned to us as “refused,” “unclaimed,” “changed my mind,” or “undeliverable,” and you wish to have it re-shipped, a full shipping fee will be charged. Acceptance of requests for returns or exchanges of unopened items, not related to incorrect or faulty items, is entirely at our discretion. Please notify us of your intention to return within 24-48 hours of receiving your item(s). If your request is approved the full ‘return shipping fee’ will be charged.
Digital products and services
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.
If there is an issue with accessing a digital product or service, we will work with you to resolve the problem, including replacement with the same product and providing access to the correct file or fixing technical issues.
Please contact us within 2 days of purchase to request assistance if you encounter issues with your digital product.
Paid / applied services
For paid services, refunds are available under the following conditions:
- If the service has not yet commenced on the agreed date, you may request a full refund within a week of purchase.
- If the service has commenced but is incomplete after the set timeframe, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, considering the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully delivered or completed.
To request a refund for a paid service, please contact us with details of your request, including your order number and the reason(s) for the request.
Refund time frame
Please be aware that the time for your refund to reflect in your bank account may vary from 1 to 15 days or more. This variability is due to the differing speeds at which we process necessary paperwork and procedures within our organization, as well as the efficiency of your bank and ours.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the approval date and will be credited via the initial payment channel and details.
Exceptions:
- Refunds will not be provided for digital products or services purchased through third-party vendors or partners.
- Customized or personalized digital products and services are non-refundable but can be replaced if they are defective or not as described.
- All purchases of digital products are final and only subject to replacements.
