The contract between you and us

To purchase or apply for products or services on our site, simply select the item(s) you’re interested in and follow the on-screen instructions to place an order or apply for our services. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order and providing an order number and summary. Please note that this email does not confirm acceptance of your application or order. Your order or application is considered an offer to purchase a product or service from us, and all orders are subject to our approval. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email confirming the dispatch of the product (“Order Shipped Confirmation”) for physical products or (“Purchase Successful”) for digital products and services.

For applications for our services, we will discuss your needs and send you a quote via email. After you approve the quote, we will send you an invoice. The contract between us is formed when we send the “Order Shipped Confirmation” for physical products, “Purchase Successful” for digital products, and after you make payment for services applied for. We reserve the right to reject your order or application for any reason without liability to you or anyone else.

We may be unable to complete your order if:

• The product or service you ordered or applied for is out of stock, unavailable, or discontinued. (In such cases, we will refund your money after processing).
• There is a problem with the authorization of your payment method.

Delivery/Deliverables

We will deliver products according to the option you select when placing your order. Delivery will only be made to the specified address or any other channel we offer for digital products and services. You are responsible for paying the full delivery charges on your order, including any applicable tax fees, along with the full order fee before delivery. For digital products, deliverables will be sent to you electronically, and you are responsible for their care when you get them.

Risks and ownership

All ownership and risk are passed to you upon delivery. We accept no liability for loss or damage after delivery, except for damaged or faulty products upon delivery, or incorrectly delivered products.

Price and payment

Payment can be made via credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For products on our site, payment methods to choose from will be provided immediately after you submit your order details during checkout. Payment instructions for our services are included on the invoice.

We cannot complete your order until payment is received in full. For our services, upfront payment terms or percentages are stated on the invoice. After validating your payment, we will send an “Order Shipped Confirmation” for physical products, “Purchase Successful” for digital products, and a payment receipt for our services. If validation is unsuccessful within 24-48 hours, we will notify you via email. If you do not receive the “Order Shipped Confirmation,” “Purchase Successful” email, or a payment receipt within 48 hours, the transaction likely failed. Please check with your bank or contact us immediately to verify.

The prices of products and services quoted on our site are accurate except in cases of obvious error. These prices might include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery method from the available options. Prices quoted on our site are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an “Order Shipped Confirmation” or “Purchase Successful” email notification. While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. We will rectify any errors as soon as possible and may contact you for instructions or reject your order and notify you.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including digital products, guides, and resources, are owned by FluidLuxe Services. You may not copy, distribute, or resell these materials without prior written consent.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate any service or agreement if we believe that you are violating these terms or acting in a manner harmful to our business or other clients.

Disclaimer

Events outside our control: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as a delay on your end in providing the information we need to execute projects, among other possible reasons.

Most outcome directly depends on your commitment and consistency to our provided solutions.

Results from our products and services may vary. Some information and statements provided are for informational and educational purposes. We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions. Changes will not affect prior purchases or arrangements. Nigerian law applies to these Terms and Conditions, and disputes will be resolved under Nigerian law.
